In 1947 \u201cLuisin\u201d moved to his current address and Mario, the third son, was born. With his artistic temperament, Mario wanted to make the restaurant his first work of art. At the end of the 1960s, he began to take over from his parents, transformed the place from a suburban tavern into a restaurant frequented by the whole artistic-cultural world of the city attracted there by the relaxed atmosphere and the traditional cuisine always prepared with genuine ingredients and recipes to be rediscovered. In 1973 the downstairs becomes the first club in Milan where live music is played: Formula 3, Lucio Battisti, Renato Zero, Loredana Bert\u00e8 and many others organize explosive jam sessions every night, ending around a nice plate of salami, the michetta, a nice sliver of parmesan. In the management, Mario was succeeded by his son Leopoldo and daughter Giorgia who continue their father\u2019s work with freshness and enthusiasm.
