\nLoaves and loaves, tarts and panettone come out of the always hot oven … but it is the “pizza del Colombo” that makes everyone agree.

\nAfter years spent in the shop with his father, Ermenegildo took over the family business in 1974.
\nLike his father, he strongly loves experimenting, getting his hands dirty, sensing the need to expand the range of products, and he is responsible for the inimitable “Pizza del Colombo”. With the third generation, represented by Giovanni and Matteo entering into business in the mid-nineties, the small artisan workshop on the lower floor of via Don Minzoni gives way to a single large production center in via Sacro Monte in Busto Arsizio. The expansion continues, with the opening of fourteen stores in Busto, Gallarate and neighboring towns, where history and future meet in the present in a new concept of a ‘modern’ bakery.
