A cosmetic inspiration from generation to generation, starting from Spiridione Calabrese who was the first to find the formula for melt and solidify stick lipsticks.
\nSpiridione was a visionary man and the success of his discovery was the result of an intense activity, which began in his small hairdresser shop in Via San Paolo in Milan.
\nIn 1914 he sells the activity to his brother and start to produce cosmetics. We are in 1920, women\u2019s fashion undergoes a revolution in style and comfort while on the stage grose up the myth of Rodolfo Valentino.
\nLipstick becomes a resounding success, Spiridione Calabrese is nominated Commendatore del Lavoro and founded Rudy Profumi. The brand has been designed for luxury products, synthesis of italian and international style. Rudy Profumi becomes an industry and envolves in women\u2019s magazines, cinemas and radio with the slogan: \u201cThe secret of the fascinating gaze\u201d. Thank you to the success achieved and the pride of the family, Rudy Profumi overcome the hard times of war. During the next economic boom, Antonio, son of Spiridione, takes over the direction and launches new lines of perfume in which the packaging becomes a gift item. He will leave the leadership of the company to the four children aiming at international expansion, with the distribution network to over 30 countries in the world and promoting a wide range of products for body and face beauty. \u201cToday we are happy to offer the best of the Italian perfume tradition and style \u2013 comments Cristina Calabrese \u2013 The latest example is \u201cMajolica\u201d, a collaction inspired by an ancient art, ceramics production, where the beauty of glazes, designs and colors becames even richer and more unique by their important history.
