The “PASSION LIBERTY” project aims to enhance two nationally significant anniversaries that fall in 2024: the 100th anniversary of Giacomo Puccini’s death and the 70th anniversary of the death of Rosa Genoni, the woman who invented Made in Italy, placed in the context of City Hall 4 by enhancing its Art Nouveau soul. Two dedicated appointments: on Nov. 7 at Maglieria Tina since 1962 and on Nov. 14 at Vetrate Artistiche Grassi.
On the occasion of the centenary of Giacomo Puccini’s death, writer Giovanni Chiara recounts his genius through the pages of his book, in the spaces of the former Maglieria Tina workshop since 1962, which is hosting a dedicated fashion installation.
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the fashion designer’s death, a performance by actress Carola Colombo dedicated to Rosa Genoni’s testimonial Lyda Borelli, silent film star, in the spaces of Vetrate Artistiche Grassi, in dialogue with the collection of Art Nouveau masterpieces.
