The Worlds of Gigi Pedroli

Gigi Pedroli (1932-2024), engraver, painter, sculptor, ceramist, singer-songwriter, musician and performer, left a unique artistic legacy, characterized by a continuous exploration of the human figure and a deep connection with nature and the city of Milan. Founder of the Engraving Center on the Naviglio Grande towpath, Pedroli has been a promoter of intergenerational artistic dialogue and an important contributor to the dissemination of the art of engraving.

Gallery&Friends through an exhibition celebrates the life and work of Gigi Pedroli with a selection of engravings, paintings, sculptures and ceramics that testify to his technical and expressive versatility. Each work tells of his ability to evoke poetic and dreamlike atmospheres, offering a unique view of the world.

Vernissage on Feb. 19, 2025 at 6 p.m., in the presence of the institutions of City Hall 6, with professor Pietro Ichino, guitarist Fabio Lossani, for many years Gigi Pedroli’s companion in countless concerts many of them performed in the event space of the Martin Luciano & Figli workshop, about whom his great friend Graziana will tell us.
