Omaggio a Maria Callas
Exclusive evening by invitation, in the noble and ancient exclusive club of La Società del Giardino, reserved for the artisan excellences of Galleria&Friends, entitled “Homage to Maria Callas“, an unpublished version of our Impossible interview with Divina, conceived and conducted by Elisabetta Invernici with the direction of Alberto Oliva and the interpretation of the actress and singer Gea Rambelli accompanied on the piano by M. Elena Armiraglio.
The words of the interview alternated with the images, with songs by Edith Piaf and Dalidà, among the soprano’s favorite interpreters, sung live by Gea Rambelli. Here and there the most famous arias of the Divina played on the piano by M. Elena Armiraglio resounded. Between one question and another, biographical photographic shots of the soprano with the men in her life: her husband Giovanni Battista Meneghini, Aristotle Onassis, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Giuseppe Di Stefano.
