From pot-baked panettone to twenty-five different kinds of brioche. Welcome to gourmet heaven. Since 1986.
What are artisanal panettoni baked in glass jars? “A perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Made with the highest-quality ingredients and baked using a technique that enhances softness and flavor, our panettoni are available in the classic version or with chocolate. Perfect to enjoy with the family or to give as a gift, we deliver them directly to your home, both in Milan and throughout Italy.” The story told by Pino, Tina, and Gianni De Luca celebrates the 60-year history of Pasticceria Caravaggio, now firmly part of the culinary tradition of the Navigli–San Gottardo area. Owned by the De Luca family since 1986, it has always been run with a focus on artisanal products, creativity, expertise, imagination, and hospitality.
In 2009, the original premises were expanded with a pastry counter, creating a delightful café–chocolate shop corner.
This family-run business presents its customers with a wide assortment of mignon pastries, cakes for every occasion – also made to order (weddings, graduations, birthdays) – leavened specialties (panettoni, colombe, veneziane), carefully prepared and personalized gift boxes, and Christmas hampers. A standout niche is the savory offering, with gourmet panettoni, savory pastries, and filled brioche.
Products and services are delivered with meticulous attention to detail: while in the laboratory the pastry chef (winner of a Career Award in 2013) creates around 25 different types of brioche every morning, in the front of house the barista shines in service. These strengths have earned numerous accolades from customers, leading to a third-place ranking in the “Vota il Barista” competition. In 2025, with her panettone gastronomico, Mamma Tina takes part in Foodish.
Pasticceria Caravaggio is today a true point of reference for style – with a delicious twist.
