Vetrerie di Empoli

Everything comes from a breath.

The art of transparency. The elegance of gold with a tribute to the green of Tuscan tradition. Since 1938.

We step into one of Italy’s finest artisanal manufacturing companies.
Since the early 1900s, Vetrerie di Empoli has produced not only traditional flasks and demijohns, but also artistic glassware for the table – achieving an unexpected and remarkable commercial as well as cultural and artistic success. In 1935, well ahead of its time, the company opened monobrand stores in Rome, Turin, and Milan, while the famous “Empoli green glass” made its way into Italian homes.Over the decades, these traditional glass pieces grew increasingly refined, shining in Milan’s shop windows – first on Via Pietro Verri and later in the heart of Montenapoleone. Today, this historic brand has chosen to relocate to a courtyard on Via Tacito, home to its artisanal workshop, where a new showroom allows clients to observe the entire production process.
Vetrerie di Empoli thus confirms its role as a point of reference for an ever more international and sophisticated clientele, seeking products that combine outstanding quality with distinctive style.
The Parentini family, at the helm of the company, is committed to creating innovative and original collections, as demonstrated by two highly technical and design-driven patents selected for major competitions such as ADI, Index, and the Compasso d’Oro.
Clients are no longer looking simply to purchase beautiful objects, but pieces that evoke emotion and reflect their personality and taste. For this reason, Vetrerie di Empoli continues to expand its now well-established international distribution, driven by the refinement of its highly artisanal, versatile collections.
