Wednesday 19 and from 27 to 30 May 2021

Discover the Botteghe Museo

Con With the patronage of the Municipality of Milan and the Lombardy Regional Council.

The event includes guided tours at staggered times for five people each, webinars and workshops, so as to involve participants in a unique and unrepeatable experience to get to know the Botteghe Museo, which are some of the most precious places in Lombardy.

The Botteghe Museo, selected from the best historical and traditional addresses – present in Milan for over fifty years – boast handcrafted collections, Made in Italy production and the architectural beauty of the location.

Over the years they have been able to safeguard historical collections of high artistic value with authentic pieces from past centuries, cataloged and kept in special display cases. Pieces that have never been and will never be offered for sale because they are considered the owners’ family heritage. Sharing these historical collections with the public constitutes a purely social and cultural value. With the advice of the curators Elisabetta Invernici and Alberto Oliva, monographic or collective tours will be organized to discover a maximum of three Botteghe at a time. The owners themselves will be at the disposal of visitors to tell their story and explain the secrets of the trade according to specific skills.

These are the Milan Botteghe Museo involved in the tours::
Foto Veneta Ottica, Via Torino, 57;
Vetrate Artistiche Grassi, Via Mecenate, 10;
Gioielleria Merzaghi, Via dei Piatti, 11;
