On the occasion of the Fuorisalone 2024, in Milan, in the prestigious venue of the 5 Giornate Tourism Agency, Piazza Cinque Giornate 15 (L’Astrolabio Group), in the spaces of the old Casello del Dazio, for the first time, GIVI, a leading Italian company in the motorcycle accessories sector, presented MAXIA 5 its design masterpiece. The iconic GIVI MONOKEY® series top case was on display, in its technical and aesthetic evolution from the first model in 1991 to the new series, the result of more than two decades of experience and design. A true high-tech work that is inimitable not only for its customizable design but also for its strength, capacity, and light weight.
The event was conceived and organized by Elisabetta Invernici and Alberto Oliva of Galleria & Friends, the network of Antiche Botteghe di Milano e della Lombardia. In collaboration with Rivolta Motorcycles.
The design installation was presented to the public with an evening dedicated to the world of GIVI, a brand that today identifies not only more than 1,000 motorcycle and scooter accessories but a world company, dedicated to two-wheelers of all kinds.
Within the agency all the attention was devoted to the MAXIA 5 top case. A number of books dedicated to the world of two-wheelers were present, such as the iconic “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” by Robert M. Pirsig, which is 50 years old this year and from which passages were read. Toast with the ‘legendary’ beer W Cesar! by Federico Wuhrer, from the celebrated family of brewers, in Brescia since 1500.
