Some men live life in search of quality and desire to grow, they are men animated by great passion, love for work and tradition.
This was Jolando Faravelli, founder, together with his wife Rosetta, of what the world Faravelli is today. Jolando and Rosetta, with their determination, dedication to work and foresight they started their business in 1957. Jolando, being the son of breeders, knew well the products he sold: he knew perfectly how the garments were raised, he knew all the steps of the production chain and personally chose the meats to offer to its customers. His tenacity was recognized by the Municipality of Milan who in 1997 awarded him by the prestigious “Ambrogino d’Oro”, recognizing him the commitment of a lifetime.
Over time, consumption has changed but the search for excellence remains Faravelli’s goal, together with the relationship with the public, the ability to listen to it and to understand its needs, added value and essential in this increasingly virtual era. Over the years, Salumeria, wine shop, orchard, gastronomy and catering have been added to the butcher shop. Today the witness has passed to his sons Roberto and Daniele, but the family philosophy remains unchanged: to offer excellence with a smile.
