Four very close brothers, under the supervision of father Anselmo, carry on the history of the Casartelli company and of the Verga jewelry.

“Our father’s passion and interest was to maintain the historical presence in Piazza del Duomo” says Cesare, one of the four children of Anselmo Grimoldi, who has taken over the historic Verga brand, which is one of the symbols of Piazza Duomo. Despite worries about the future of the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery and its historic shops, the Grimoldi family is determined to stay in the Gallery, because none of them have ever imagined themselves anywhere else, apart from Cesare, who as a child dreamed of becoming Pope. The firstborn Roberto, attended the most prestigious watchmaking school in the world, the Technicum, in the snow-covered Swiss valleys where the best watchmakers on the planet are born. The project for the future is to revive the Verga jewelery brand, which was one of the symbolic objects of the 1930s in Milan.
